NSK Martial Arts Centre is thrilled to welcome those from all backgrounds and experience levels. 

Our programmes welcome adults, teens, and children from age 3. It is not too early nor too late to start.

Our programmes are tailored to develop confidence, focus, motivation, determination, discipline, self-defence, and life-skills for you or your child.

Sensei Jason Rogers has acquired extensive martial arts training and competition experience over a span of more than 40 years. 

He is dedicated to passing down not just the tradition of Tradiditional Okinawan Goju-Ryu & modern Kickboxing, but also the values inherent in both.

NSK Martial Arts Centre is not a place of quick fixes, passing trends, or belt gradings for the sake of belt gradings. 

We are a supportive community where progress is earned, goals are respected, and everyone learns with purpose and dedication.
